STANDARD DELIVERY
Anemoia offers delivery for orders within Turkey for now, with the shipping fees shown during the checkout.
We hope to reach more corners of the world as soon as possible.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Turkey.
Once your order and payment details are verified, we will prepare your items for dispatch.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply according to local regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
Anemoia is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
You can also reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
RETURNS
Please note that any products purchased from our archive final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once you receive your order, you have 15 days to request a return.
After we send you the return label, you must complete the return shipment within 5 days.
Returns sent after the designated period will not be refunded and will be available for pickup from our warehouse at the customer’s expense.
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Visit our returns portal and follow the instructions to process your return.

After your return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to drop off your package.

Ensure the returned items are in their original condition, with original labels attached.
For bags or shoes, please return them inside their original box, ensuring the return label is not affixed directly to the box.
You can reuse our shipping bag or use a new one.
Any product returned damaged, dirty, used, or in poor condition will not be refunded and will be available for pickup at the customer’s expense. -
If the product you are returning is faulty or incorrect, please upload pictures of the item on the return portal.
Our customer service team will review your case and provide a solution.
* A return fee will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Delivery Failure
If delivery of your parcel is unsuccessful after two attempts, we will try to find a safe place to leave it and will notify you of the location.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact us to arrange a new delivery date.
If, 15 days after your parcel is available for delivery, the package has not been delivered due to reasons beyond our control, we will consider the agreement canceled.
We will then process a refund for the price of the products within 30 days of cancellation.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping and any termination-related costs.
