Currently, we offer shipping to Turkey, and we’re working towards offering worldwide delivery in the future.

All purchases are charged in Turkish Lira.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Visa Electron and Discover. All payments are securely processed through our payment gateway.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to us at hello@anemoia.com with details and photos of the issue. Our team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Payments on www.anemoiaofficial.com are securely processed through trusted financial institutions. Anemoia applies fraud prevention and may request further information for verification. We reserve the right to cancel transactions lacking proper verification.
Import duties are not included in shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, the customer bears all resulting costs including return and handling.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur during sales or holidays.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your package is shipped.
Use our return portal and enter your order details. Follow the steps to receive a return label and instructions. Items must be in perfect condition with original labels.
You have 15 days from receiving the order to request a return. After receiving the return label, you have 5 days to drop off the package.
Yes. Return shipping costs 100TL (within Turkey) and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To change an item, return the original and place a new order. Email us to refund the second shipping cost at hello@anemoia.com.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received. You’ll be notified via email.
Orders cannot be edited once placed, but can be canceled if not yet shipped. Contact hello@anemoia.com immediately.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. Email hello@anemoia.com for assistance.
