PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

 

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT MATTER

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to fulfill our preliminary information obligation regarding the distance sales contract to be established between the buyer and the seller within the scope of the Distance Contracts Regulation and relevant legislation. The preliminary information form is an integral part of the distance sales contract.

 

2. NAME, QUANTITY, SALES PRICE INCLUDING VAT, PAYMENT METHOD AND BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

1. The basic features of the Product/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, price) are available on the Website and can be examined in detail on the Website.
2. All amounts to be paid for the Product/Service (sales price including all taxes, shipping cost, installment difference amount, total discount amount entitled for simultaneous purchases from open market and/or other boutiques, etc.) are shown in the table below.

The section above contains information about the number of installments in which the total order amount to be sent to your bank will be paid. Your bank may offer campaigns that allow you to choose a higher number of installments than the number you selected, or provide services such as installment deferral. Such campaigns are at the discretion of your bank, and if we are informed of them, we will provide information about them on our pages. The order total will be divided by the number of installments and reflected on your credit card statement by your bank starting from the credit card billing date. The bank may not distribute the installment amounts equally across months, taking into account any fractional differences. The creation of your detailed payment plan is at the discretion of your bank.

 

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The products shall be delivered by the contracted cargo company to the delivery address you have specified on the Site within the promised delivery period and in any case, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. Unless there is a defect directly attributable to you, the responsibility until the delivery of the products belongs to our company. In addition, the delivery time for the Product(s) whose order status is specified as "Pre-Order" or "Made to Order" may exceed 30 (thirty) days, and you do not have the right to terminate the Agreement due to the failure of delivery within 30 (thirty) days when you purchase a Product with the status of "Made to Order" or "Pre-Order" prepared in line with your request or personal needs.
2. In the event that you or the third person designated by you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, our company will be deemed to have fully fulfilled its performance and the expenses incurred in this direction will be borne by you.
3. You will inspect the Product before receiving it; you should not receive any damaged, defective or missing product such as dents, broken, torn packaging, etc. The Product/Service received shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The obligation to carefully protect the Product after delivery belongs to you. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the Product / Service must not be used and must be returned together with the Product / Service invoice and all other documents (such as warranty certificate, user manual, etc.) delivered to you during delivery.

 

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods or the date of signing the contract, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and we undertake to take back the goods from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. In case our company does not fulfill the above-mentioned obligations, the right of withdrawal period is 6 months. The 14-day period and the 6-month period begin on the day the consumer receives the goods in contracts relating to the delivery of goods, and on the day the contract is concluded in other contracts. This provision applies if the obligations specified in the “Pre-Contract Information Form” and the Regulation on Distance Contracts are fulfilled within a three-month period. In such cases, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date on which these obligations are fulfilled. A written statement or a statement made using a durable medium indicating the exercise of the withdrawal right must be submitted within this period. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee for the products you want to return is covered by our company. In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to us with our contracted cargo company Shipink carrier. For returns sent by other cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the consumer.

5. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

a) Contracts relating to goods or services whose price fluctuates based on fluctuations in financial markets and is beyond the control of the parties,

b) Contracts relating to goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs,

c) Contracts for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or to expire,

d) Contracts relating to the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, and packages have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons,

e) Contracts relating to goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,

f) Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables provided in material media if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after delivery of the product,

g) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under a subscription agreement,

h) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, provision of food and beverages, and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be concluded on a specific date or period,

i) Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic media and contracts for intangible goods delivered instantly to the Buyer,

j) Contracts relating to services for which performance has begun with the Buyer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the implementation of the Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the place where the Buyer purchased the Product/Service and where the Buyer resides are authorized in accordance with the values announced by the Ministry.

Consumer complaints and objections: You may submit your applications to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Boards in the location where you purchased the goods or services or where you reside, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade each year in December (for 2025, the value is below 149,000 (one hundred forty-nine thousand) Turkish Liras).
